Ingredients: 4 cups raspberries
(Me 3 cups)

3 / 4 cup maple syrup (I 1 / 2 cup)

Cake: 2 c.

tablespoons butter 3 / 4 cup sugar (I 1 / 2 cup) 2 eggs


2 cup flour 1 pinch salt 3 tablespoons
teaspoon baking powder 1 cup milk

1 tsp teaspoon vanilla (to taste) Method

:
1.Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

2.Put raspberries and maple syrup into a lightly oiled baking dish.
3.Within another large bowl, prepare the cake, starting with beat butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla together.
4.If another bowl, mix flour, salt, baking powder.
5.Ensuite, introduce each turn, a little flour, and milk simultaneously into the mixture with the eggs.

I'm really sorry to not even be able to publish your messages during my absence.
Finally, "my absence" is not a good word, because I was form in Japan with me.

What was the matter with me these days;

On returning from holiday in China, "my boss" I was criticized for taking such long vacations (9days), when I told him that I did say was going to take this vacation more than a month before.
Basically, he did not properly noted my holidays on its calendar, which is why he has completely forgotten.

Then next day my boss told me my dismissal at the end of this month, January.
The reason was "We can not continue this new project as our core business does not work well because of the combined current economic"
Bah one hand I'm happy because I was sore this job and this box, but on the other hand I am not happy because for the present situation in Japan, finding a new job is too difficult .
But as I was fired by the company, I can have more benefits if I quit my part, I feel like unemployment insurance earlier.
In addition, if I change my job, actually it's now or never.
So I can say it is a good opportunity for me.

But the story does not end here.
1:
In Japan, when the company terminates the employee must tell him not later than one month before the day of dismissal.

But my boss told me about 20days before date of dismissal.
So it was not equal.
I know my boss is not very hard worker right or he ignores it.
So I explained to him that the labor code says: "We must

Penne for two
1 tomato (I used 1 / 2 tomato I found it was missing)
6 mushrooms
3 green onions
1 / 4 cup bacon bit
Garden Cocktail (vegetable juice)

Method Cook pasta according to package. Sauté in a pan rather large vegetables. Then add the cooked penne mix and add the Garden Cocktail to color the pasta.

Chicken Pasta with vegetables and maple dijon

I present to you a very simple recipe that is about in this case with chicken, but I am sure it would give very good result with another meat. The taste of maple syrup mixed with dijon mustard is really interesting!

Ingredients: 10 chicken drumsticks
(Me 2 chicken breasts désosssées, he could have enough sauce for 4) 2 cloves garlic
(Me 3)
2 tbsp (30 ml) Dijon mustard (I 5)
1 cup (250 ml) maple syrup (3 / 4 cup)

Method: Preheat oven to
350 ° F (180 C).

Asian Stir Fry Vegetable and chicken

I present to you a fabulous fried Asian really there .. it's delicious! After reading several comments on Quebec recipe I decided to try it. I did not regretted it, try and please give me your feedback ...! The major change I made is to double the sauce.

Ingredients:
3 tbsp (45 ml) sunflower oil (my oil nuts)


1 green pepper 1 red pepper 2 onions

8 oz (227 g) mushrooms 2 chicken breasts

2 tbsp (30 ml) ginger, fresh (my double) 2 cloves garlic
(me twice)
4 tbsp (60 ml) hoisin sauce (I double)
1 / 4 tsp (1 ml ) cayenne pepper, crushed
1 / 2 cup (125 ml) white wine (I double)
1 / 4 cup (65 ml) roasted peanuts, crushed


Method Slice the green pepper and red pepper strips.


Cut the onions into 8 and defeats them into strips.

Slice mushrooms.

Cut 2 chicken breasts into thin strips.

In a wok, heat oil over élevé.Faire fry the vegetables about 4 minutes. Remove from wok. Drain. Réserver.Réduire heat to medium / high. Sauté chicken about 4 minutes. Remove. Book.

Sauté chopped fresh ginger and crushed garlic for a minute. Add the hoisin sauce, wine and crushed red pepper. Reduce for 2-3 minutes.


Return vegetables and chicken. Heat 2 minutes, stirring. Add peanuts.

Serve over pasta with rice or Chinese (I have served with rice vermicelli)

Banana Cake "egg free"



Tonight I had a sweet taste, unfortunately I did not have egg in my fridge and too cowardly to go to the grocery store ... "So I made egg free recipe search and found this recipe for banana cake without egg. `I admit being surprised with the result, it was delicious even though my cake did not look the same as that submitted the recipe.


Ingredients 3 ripe bananas


1 cup sugar 2 cups flour

2 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon butter
can be added to taste:
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 / 2 cup chocolate chips semi-sweet (Me and the chopped walnuts)
(I just milk about 1 / 4 cup)

Method: Reduce
mashed bananas with electric egg beater.

Add all other ingredients and mix until a smooth paste.
Divide the dough in 2 loaf pans nonstick.
Bake at 350 F for 25 to 30 minutes remove the cake when the top is golden.
Cool 15 minutes and serve.

We could put the mixture into one loaf pan if it is high enough, because it gives two banana bread not very high.

Hello,

Today I offer you a meatloaf low calorie completely delicious! Unfortunately I have no picture ..! I found this recipe on the blog Josée the pleasure of eating well you can see a photo on his blog that I invite you to visit.

Ingredients: 1 egg
(if you double, just keep an egg)

2 tablespoons tablespoons (30 ml) rolled oats

1 onion, chopped 1 stalk celery minced
1 / 2 grated zucchini
1 / 2 grated zucchini yellow
1 clove minced garlic, finely
2 pinch of dried basil
1 / 4 pound (125 g) ground veal, lean
1 / 2 cup (125 ml) tomato juice (Deleted)
1 / 4 cup (60 mL) tomatoes canned whole (Deleted)
(I added 1 / 2 cup tomato sauce Hunt as suggested by Amy)

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 350 oF (180 oC).

2. In a large bowl, lightly beat the egg.
Add rolled oats, vegetables, garlic and basil and mix.
Add ground veal and make a homogeneous mixture.
3. Put mixture into an oven dish sprayed with Pam and give it the shape of an oval loaf about 2 inches (5 cm) high.
Digging slightly above the bread.
4. Bake about 45 minutes or until the meatloaf is browned.

Pour tomato juice into the trough formed over the bread, add tomatoes and bake 10 minutes.

I had a craving for BBQ, I decided to use my grilling option Panini grill. I marinated my chicken breasts with the marinade was delicious! Then I served in strips in a salad meal.
For my part, my schedule was very clean, I soak 1 hour then it was a charm heheh


Ingredients 1 / 2 cup (125 ml) oil
1 / 4 cup (65 ml) sauce Soybean
1 / 4 cup (65 ml) honey
2 tbsp (30 ml) lemon juice
1 / 2 tbsp (7 mL) garlic, minced (1 clove of garlic I)
Pinch Parsley

I also added 1c. tsp steak spice.

Method:

Mix all ingredients then marinate the meat for a few hours
