After several months of absence I'm back, my second year of university is finished I have more time to cook. I present a recipe that I made tonight to to express a meal, I used the vegetables I had left in the fridge.
About 15 minutes
Penne for two
1 tomato (I used 1 / 2 tomato I found it was missing)
6 mushrooms
3 green onions
1 / 4 cup bacon bit
Garden Cocktail (vegetable juice)
Method Cook pasta according to package. Sauté in a pan rather large vegetables. Then add the cooked penne mix and add the Garden Cocktail to color the pasta.
