Meatloaf

Hello,

Today I offer you a meatloaf low calorie completely delicious! Unfortunately I have no picture ..! I found this recipe on the blog Josée the pleasure of eating well you can see a photo on his blog that I invite you to visit.

Ingredients: 1 egg
(if you double, just keep an egg)

2 tablespoons tablespoons (30 ml) rolled oats

1 onion, chopped 1 stalk celery minced
1 / 2 grated zucchini
1 / 2 grated zucchini yellow
1 clove minced garlic, finely
2 pinch of dried basil
1 / 4 pound (125 g) ground veal, lean
1 / 2 cup (125 ml) tomato juice (Deleted)
1 / 4 cup (60 mL) tomatoes canned whole (Deleted)
(I added 1 / 2 cup tomato sauce Hunt as suggested by Amy)

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 350 oF (180 oC).

2. In a large bowl, lightly beat the egg.
Add rolled oats, vegetables, garlic and basil and mix.
Add ground veal and make a homogeneous mixture.
3. Put mixture into an oven dish sprayed with Pam and give it the shape of an oval loaf about 2 inches (5 cm) high.
Digging slightly above the bread.
4. Bake about 45 minutes or until the meatloaf is browned.

Pour tomato juice into the trough formed over the bread, add tomatoes and bake 10 minutes.
