This idea comes from the book by Christophe Felder on chocolates. He made a chocolate cake and spread it overlooks that apple etc. .. It pleased me and I wanted just to try the cake which is spread with a roller.

Resting time: 1 hour
Cooking time: 25.30 minutes

- 10g yeast
- 1 case of milk

150g flour - 1 teaspoon vanilla liquid
- 1 pinch of salt
- 25g sugar
- 1-2 eggs depending on size (I put my 1 and half of another whipped)
- 100g butter


Place ingredients in the bowl of the bread machine. Knead 10 minutes.
Remove the dough, add a little flour if too sticky. Knead by hand 2 minutes.
Put dough rise for 30 minutes.
After this time, roll out the dough, forming a circle (as big as your mold).
Butter your pan and place the dough on it. Let rise another 30 minutes.
Bake at 160 170 ° C for 25.30 minutes. At the end sprinkle with sugar (and cinnamon if you like). Cool slightly, then unmold.
