How Long Will Gingerbread Last

Quiche Goat - Entry fruity red pepper

A small quiche for a Sunday evening in love - She was very good but I suggest you take a goat that is already a bit of character. We took a stool / Cher-dry which was a bit too sweet perhaps.

Preparation time: 30 minutes
Cooking time: 50 minutes

Pie crust:
-
300g flour - 150g butter, softened
- Salt
- + / - half a glass of water

Quiche:
- 2 eggs
- 3 cL
cream - 25 ml milk
- 1 / 2 Selles sur Cher
- 1 / 2
pepper - 1 / 2 onion
- 1 / 2 tomato
-
butter - salt Preheat

oven to 180 º C.

Prepare the pastry: mix the flour with a pinch of salt, add butter, mix well and then start adding water little by little (it takes less than half a glass of water in general). Form a ball. She is ready to use so no waste of time. A little flour a clean work surface, roll out the dough. Butter a pie plate and put the dough. Prick bottom with fork.

For the quiche: Chop the onion, cut into small dice of tomato and pepper. Heat a little butter in a frying pan. Sauté onion, salt, add pepper and cook for 10 minutes. Then add the tomato and cook another 5 minutes. Book.
In a bowl, mix eggs, cream and milk. Saler. Cut cheese into cubes.

Place the pepper mixture into the bottom of the quiche. Add diced cheese (not all). Then pour the liquid. Finish by adding the last of the goat. Bake for 50 minutes. Eat warm with a salad.
