Chicken Pasta with vegetables and maple dijon

I present to you a very simple recipe that is about in this case with chicken, but I am sure it would give very good result with another meat. The taste of maple syrup mixed with dijon mustard is really interesting!

Ingredients: 10 chicken drumsticks
(Me 2 chicken breasts désosssées, he could have enough sauce for 4) 2 cloves garlic
(Me 3)
2 tbsp (30 ml) Dijon mustard (I 5)
1 cup (250 ml) maple syrup (3 / 4 cup)

Method: Preheat oven to
350 ° F (180 C).
In a bowl, mix together the minced garlic, Dijon mustard and maple syrup.
Place drumsticks in a baking dish.
Pour the sauce over the chicken drumsticks.
Bake covered at 350 degrees F (180 C) for about 1h30. (I about 40 minutes)

Asian Stir Fry Vegetable and chicken

I present to you a fabulous fried Asian really there .. it's delicious! After reading several comments on Quebec recipe I decided to try it. I did not regretted it, try and please give me your feedback ...! The major change I made is to double the sauce.

Ingredients:
3 tbsp (45 ml) sunflower oil (my oil nuts)


1 green pepper 1 red pepper 2 onions

8 oz (227 g) mushrooms 2 chicken breasts

2 tbsp (30 ml) ginger, fresh (my double) 2 cloves garlic
(me twice)
4 tbsp (60 ml) hoisin sauce (I double)
1 / 4 tsp (1 ml ) cayenne pepper, crushed
1 / 2 cup (125 ml) white wine (I double)
1 / 4 cup (65 ml) roasted peanuts, crushed


Method Slice the green pepper and red pepper strips.


Cut the onions into 8 and defeats them into strips.

Slice mushrooms.

Cut 2 chicken breasts into thin strips.

In a wok, heat oil over élevé.Faire fry the vegetables about 4 minutes. Remove from wok. Drain. Réserver.Réduire heat to medium / high. Sauté chicken about 4 minutes. Remove. Book.

Sauté chopped fresh ginger and crushed garlic for a minute. Add the hoisin sauce, wine and crushed red pepper. Reduce for 2-3 minutes.


Return vegetables and chicken. Heat 2 minutes, stirring. Add peanuts.

Serve over pasta with rice or Chinese (I have served with rice vermicelli)

Banana Cake "egg free"



Tonight I had a sweet taste, unfortunately I did not have egg in my fridge and too cowardly to go to the grocery store ... "So I made egg free recipe search and found this recipe for banana cake without egg. `I admit being surprised with the result, it was delicious even though my cake did not look the same as that submitted the recipe.


Ingredients 3 ripe bananas


1 cup sugar 2 cups flour

2 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon butter
can be added to taste:
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 / 2 cup chocolate chips semi-sweet (Me and the chopped walnuts)
(I just milk about 1 / 4 cup)

Method: Reduce
mashed bananas with electric egg beater.

Add all other ingredients and mix until a smooth paste.
Divide the dough in 2 loaf pans nonstick.
Bake at 350 F for 25 to 30 minutes remove the cake when the top is golden.
Cool 15 minutes and serve.

We could put the mixture into one loaf pan if it is high enough, because it gives two banana bread not very high.

Meatloaf

Hello,

Today I offer you a meatloaf low calorie completely delicious! Unfortunately I have no picture ..! I found this recipe on the blog Josée the pleasure of eating well you can see a photo on his blog that I invite you to visit.

Ingredients: 1 egg
(if you double, just keep an egg)

2 tablespoons tablespoons (30 ml) rolled oats

1 onion, chopped 1 stalk celery minced
1 / 2 grated zucchini
1 / 2 grated zucchini yellow
1 clove minced garlic, finely
2 pinch of dried basil
1 / 4 pound (125 g) ground veal, lean
1 / 2 cup (125 ml) tomato juice (Deleted)
1 / 4 cup (60 mL) tomatoes canned whole (Deleted)
(I added 1 / 2 cup tomato sauce Hunt as suggested by Amy)

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 350 oF (180 oC).

2. In a large bowl, lightly beat the egg.
Add rolled oats, vegetables, garlic and basil and mix.
Add ground veal and make a homogeneous mixture.
3. Put mixture into an oven dish sprayed with Pam and give it the shape of an oval loaf about 2 inches (5 cm) high.
Digging slightly above the bread.
4. Bake about 45 minutes or until the meatloaf is browned.

Pour tomato juice into the trough formed over the bread, add tomatoes and bake 10 minutes.
