is the dish that I served for the brothers after Christmas with my man (I know I'm late!). I wanted to make a dish light enough for the dessert was fairly consistent, knowing the greedy mouths who came to dinner.
Preparation time: 20 minutes plus 2 hours marinating Cooking time
: 10.15 minutes according to taste
- 2 pieces of beef steak type

basil - sauce, mirin
-
olive oil - lemon juice
- ginger
- Salt
Cut steak into 2 lengthwise. Salt well. Sprinkle with basil.
Thread on skewers. Place in a dish where they touch the very bottom.
Mix a little olive oil sauce with mirin, a little lemon juice, add the ginger.
Marinate for 2 hours on skewers, turning frequently. The cook
pan to desired doneness.
I served these kebabs with "lasagna" with tomato, peppers and feta. Delicious!
