Happy New Year 2011 to all
I'm back again in 2011 to power this blog, I know I'm not steady but I try to do my best ..! I hope at the end of my BA I can further develop my passion for cooking. Yesterday I had a family party, I brought the cruditées and I tried this recipe as a dip for vegetables. I really loved the final taste is really different from the traditional mayo-ketchup that everyone uses frequently.
Portion: Perfect for the vegetable platter (6 which was mentioned)
Ingredients:
1 1 / 4 cup mayonnaise
1 / 4 cup chili sauce 1 tsp
garlic powder
2 shallots, finely chopped 2 tsp
parsley, chopped
3 / 4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1 drop Tabasco
Method:
Mix well and serve with vegetables
