How To Make Cheerleading Noise Makers

Osechi Ryouri: Japanese New Year cuisine

C ' is a name of a traditional meal for the new year.

This meal is typical of the new year which mean a happy event and traditional equivalent of Christmas in France.
I think most Japanese do not appreciate his side of taste, but it is prepared because of tradition.
Indeed, every detail has a specific meaning.
So I present to you briefly.

First, "Osechi Ryouri" is presented in boxes of 3 or 5étages.
heaps of boxes piled symbolizing happiness.
The contents of this being very salty, vinegary or sweet in fact, it is not appetizing.
With this seasoning more or less excessive, it can be prepared before the day of year, then eat it for at least 3 days.
To avoid putting a "god of fire" in Collerie and to base us women! at least 3 days in any year long, not using traditional cooking 3premières days of new year. (actually, it is used of course ...)
Since it is not very good, in our time there are Osechi Ryouri very modern and relatively tasty offered by department stores, chefs etc ... but their DLC (deadline consumption) is not as long as the traditional model!

Me, I made some content Osechi Ryouri.
I admit it was hard because I had a lot of work in my baking for the Christmas Eve meal of the day and the year of our clients!
But I'm glad I did it myself for the first time!
(with a few ingredients that my mother sent me!)
And while eating, we needed almost a week.

It's called "namasu.
A kind of pickle; carrot, turnip long pickled sweet.

In Japan, we often use a combination of red and white when there is something to celebrate.

It's called "dated maki".
is a kind of sweet omlette.
In general, use of white fish (like cod, but I have used bits of crab), eggs, sugar and seasoning in Japan.

were baked in the oven and the mixture is rolled the omelette on a bamboo mat for the manufacture of "maki-sushi."

"date" to "date maki" means something brilliant. (auspicious)
This form "rolled" evokes a roll book of ancient times, it wishes to deepen our knowledge. And
eggs signify prosperity of the offspring.

It's called "kobu maki".
This is not me who did. (It is sold as a whole.)
is a slightly sweet seaweed rolled and stuffed with salmon.

"kobu" from "kobu maki" evokes "yoroKOBU" sinigfiant to be joyful in Japanese.
short, it's a word game and both a good omen.

It's called "Kuri Kinton.
"kuri" means a brown.
The Japanese chestnut is yellow. My mother sent me
chestnuts in syrup.
And me, I made mashed potatoes and fresh mixed deux.Normalement, this must be spent mash-mash going to get a better result (more creamy mashed potatoes), but I did not !
"Kinton" means a ball of gold.

It's called "Nishimi.
is a Japanese-style stew.
In France, as I can not find all the necessary ingredients, I did the French. In
"Nishimi," there are lotus root, carrots, bamboo shoots and chicken. I also put
fried tofu, and ambrette and potatoes, but these are not typical ingredients.

this dish is made in the hope that the family is united.
And some vegetables have a special meaning.
In vegetables I used, it is the lotus root.
1: it is a pure vegetable, because the lotus grows in the place where there is the Buddha.
2: as there are holes, we can say that we have a broad perspective.

And finally, something black between omelets and algae, they are black beans.
For the pun, we want to work and be in shape.
