Flip Generation Differences

I finally changed job!

Hello everyone! This
been a while since I wrote my last post!
I'm fine.

As the title says, I changed my job in early January.
I finally left my old job of shit.

So what do I do next??

I am now assistant chief food?
(I do not know how to say in French. In English "Product Developer")
I work in a small company that sells mainly grows soybeans, but also pre-cut vegetables.
latter wants to open a store or a small restaurant that serves snacks and sweets with vegetables and sprout grains (including grain to germinate).

At first, my boss wanted us to use only necessary with the growth of soybeans.
But it was too difficult to commericialiser, so we found a compromise, if you grow any grain, it pushes it!
So we decided to push the chick peas, red beans, the mung beans etc. ... (only 1-2days instead of 10 days)
It gives particulalité keeping seeds of leguminous seeds, containing more vitamin C and are easier to digest.

Right now I am making muffins and quiche at the base of legume seeds to germinate and root vegetables.

work well pleases me, not well paid but better paid than before, two days off per week (no rest for holidays), 10 days paid leave per month, 14th month etc. ...
These are not the best conditions of work but I can do with ...
Something I want to complain, is that when there is ten paid days off, you can not have everything at once.
They say, if absent from work for two weeks, there was more his office!
But if the holidays are short, I do not call "vacation," What!
Too bad, at least I have a job I like.

My job is to not only raise revenue but to do marketing, basically I'm all for opening a store.
And I do that with only my boss is my boss.
Until now, I worked as a baker, I do not know the world of work, or trade ...
But I must do it.
It's hard but it's interesting.
My boss changes his mind every two seconds ...
But listen what he says.

All this will serve me when I work for myself.
